2 Cottages. C.1800. Red brick south front and returns, flint north and returns, smut and red pantiles. 2 storeys, 3 bay hipped roof centre, lower 2 storey lean-to wings. In style of contemporary Holkham Estate architecture of Samuel Wyatt. South front centre has 2 ground and 3 first floor sashes with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. Central door has flat pilaster strips with upper roundels, arched sunburst fanlight, console brackets supporting flat pentice canopy. 9-panel raised and fielded door. Hipped roof. Slightly set-back lower wings have single ground floor window, blocked at west, sash with glazing bars to east, both under cambered rubbed brick arches. Three sections of facade integrated by first floor platband and dentil eaves cornice. Wings have lean-to hipped roofs. 2 eaves level stacks to centre, single stack to east wing. Rear, flint with brick dressings. West wing of 2 storeys, east wing single storey.
