south stable range.


Stable range to south of Leicester Square Farmhouse. Probably 1793 by Samuel
Wyatt for the Holkham Estate. English bond red brick, red plain tiles and
pantiles. 2 storey granary tower at east has central blank plastered oculus
with 4 keystones, returns have first floor plat-bands. Hipped roof. Stable
range to west, has inserted later C19 gable and cottage alteration at west.
Included despite alterations, as outh range of symmetrical model farm layout,
balanced to north by less altered range (q.v.) Included'for group value.
