Farmhouse. Dated 1635 on main range and 1807 on cross wing. Brick, all
rendered and colourwashed except south gable of C17 wing. Pantiled roofs.
T plan. West wing of C17. South gable of 2 storeys and attic. Ground and
first floor with 4-light rendered ovolo brick mullioned cross casements beneath
pediments. Blocked 3-light mullioned attic window also under pediment. Gable
head on kneelers. External stepped stack to west side with rebuilt top. North
gable entirely rebuilt. 2 flush gabled cross wings extend to east, that to
south dated 1807. South front with door at left and 2 sash windows to each
of 2 storeys. Gabled roof with central ridge stack. North cross wing altered
C20. Interior retains inglenook fireplace to C17 stack, some exposed studwork,
bridging beams and joists.
