2 houses, one incorporating a shop. c.1760. Brick, flint and carstone with plaintile roofs. Double pile plan. 2 storeys and dormer attic. Roughly symmetrical facade with 2 doors separated by segmental sash window with glazing bars. The doors are panelled and beneath open pedimented cases, the right hand door renewed. To right a blind window bay each floor and a further sash each floor beyond, both with glazing bars and under segmental arches. To left of elevation is early C20 double fronted shop fascia. Flat brick string course divides storeys. Tripartite sash window above shop, thin blind bay, 2 sashes, blind bay and further sash, all with glazing bars and segmental heads. 7 blind square recesses to false third floor. Gabled roof with 5 flat-headed dormers with C20 casements. Ridge stack left of centre and internal right gable stack.
