Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. C18. Colourwashed brick in English bond,
pantiles with gable parapets. 5 bays, 2 storeys and attic; gable end stacks,
internal to right, external to left both with renewed shafts; off-centre
axial stack to left. Ground floor: sashes with glazing bars under cambered
arches to bays 1, 3 and 5; six panelled doors to bays 2 and 4. First floor
with sashes with glazing bars of 3 x 3 panes. Right return of flint and
carstone with brick band at eaves level, classical doorway to right, flush
sash with glazing bars above, horizontal sliding sash with glazing bars to
attic. Rear: 1 storeyed lean-to to rear of bays 1 and 2, l½ storeyed outshut
to rear of bays 3 and 5, in carstone brick and flint, blocked and inserted
openings. Interior: narrow axial stack between bays 2 and 3 with flanking
deep recesses; gable end stack to right enclosed.
