Barn, c1700, carstone with brick dressings, pantile roof. 3 steads with
steeply pitched roof and gable parapets. North facade with central
extended porch, lean-to to left, outshut to right with galleted coursed
carstone, pantiles. Gable ends to east and west with galleted coursed
carstone below, shell carstone to upper gabling, brick tumbling in; ¾ disc
gable finials in brick. West gable with eroded datestone and single
ventilation slit; east gable with 3 ventilation slits below and square
opening above. South facade to yard with central extended porch with shell
carstone to front, galleted coursed carstone to returns; outshuts added.
Interior: braced king post roof, renewed C19; walls raised in brick, some
C17 brick to lower doorway jambs to north. Attached to south west angle
a ramped carstone wall to yard. Included-for group value.
