Early C19. Stuccoed house. Pantile roof, hipped, overhanging eaves. 3 storeys,
basement and attic storey. 3 windows wide. 2 large 3-storeyed bay windows with
curved side sashes with glazing bars, moulded eaves cornice continuing around bays.
Central 2nd floor sash with glazing bars, centre 1st floor blind. Central round-headed
recessed doorway with semi-circular fanlight with intersecting glazing bars and
panelled door. Attic storey set back on roof with stuccoed front, 3 small sash
windows with glazing bars. Including simple basement area railings.

The Crescent and Brunswick House in The Gangway form a group of which Tuckers Hotel,
No 5 and The Crescent are of local interest only.
