Early C19. Stuccoed. Pantile hipped roof. 3 storeys. 2 windows, sashes without
glazing bars. 1st floor left bay of sashes without glazing bars, with rounded
corners and cornice. Right hand recessed doorway with rectangular fanlight. Left
hand return facing sea front, similar elevation but 1st floor bay on right, and
rounded left hand corner one window. 2 semi-basement windows with semi-circular
areas, and on Jetty Street, one semi-basement window with rectangular area.

All listed buildings in High Street form a group together with all listed buildings
in Jetty Street, Jetty Cliff and West Cliff.
