Range of 3 early C19 cottages converted into 2. Flint cobbles with red brick
window and door dressings, quoins and brick dentil eaves course. Low pitched
pantile roof with gabled ends. 2 storeys. 5 widely spaced windows. 3-light
casements with leaded panes, ground floor doorways and windows with cambered heads.
Wing on north-west end, originally separate cottage, now part of Grove Cottage
at right angles on end forming T-shape on plan, similar elevations, 3 windows.
Brick chimney stacks.
