Early/mid C19. Stuccoed. Pantile roof, hipped. 3 storeys. 5 windows, sashes,
Maynard House only with glazing bars. 2 1st floor canted bays of sashes. Ground
floor 3-panelled doors with rectangular fanlights. Maynard House has hood with
cornice on plain brackets.

Nos 2, 4 and 6 Brook Street together with Wenduyne. Melrose Cottage and Maynard
House in Tucker Street form a group.
