Mid C19, 2 storey, stucco, plain frieze moulded cornice and plain parapet
or band above. Part of slate roof visible, left hipped. Gray brick, part
with rusticated rendering. Pilasters at 1st floor and 5 windows, sash,
with glazing bars except right hand window above vehicle way through under.
3 shop fronts at ground floor.

All the listed buildings in the Market Place (North Side) form a group.
