Late C17. Formerly a granary now converted to dwellings and shops. Long red
brick range, stepped up hill, fronting High Street with north end facing the
Quay. Steep pantile roofs with coped gables. Two storeys. Total of 14 bays.
All modern top-hung windows without glazing bars. No 6 has modern projecting
segmental-headed shop windows. Nos 4 and 5 have modern segmental-headed entrance.
Nos 2 and 3 have modern 1st floor doors approached by wooden stairs. No 2
has projecting gabled boarded hoist now a room. No 1 is one-storeyed, flint
with brick dressings. Interior has chamfered floor beams.
