Early/mid C19. At right angles to road. Flint with red brick dressings. Pantile
roof with brick coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Four windows,
sashes, only one with glazing bars. Ground floor later square bay window and
modern door and attached window. Similar ground floor bay on end facing road
with modern oriel above. Included for group value.
