Terrace of early C19 cottages. Flint with brick dressings. Pantile roof with
gabled ends. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys, 6 bays. Sashes with glazing bars,
ground floor of No 40 has modern casement with glazing bars, and ground floor
of No 42 has modern bow window with glazing bars. Segmental-headed doorways;
all but No 44 have modern porches. Situated behind the buildings on street
frontage.
