Mid C19. Flint cobbles with painted brick dressings. Black-glazed pantile
roof with brick coping to gable ends. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Two
bays. Sashes without glazing bars. Central doorcase with moulded pilasters
and entablature, panelled reveals and glazed and panelled door. Brick chimney
stack at each end. Area wall in front: flint with red brick dressings, and
ramped brick coping; about 3 ft 6 ins high.
