C18/19. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with hipped corner; 2 storeys. Corner site.
Wells Road elevation, 4 windows, right hand centre 1st floor blocked, sashes
with glazing bars. Ground floor right hand centre new fielded panel door. Left
hand corner ground floor splayed with shop entrance, flanked on both Wells Road
and Nelson Road sides by small early C19 shop window with pilasters and cornice.
Nelson Road, 2 windows, 1st floor sashes with glazing bars and right hand early
C19 multipane shop window.
