Nos 9 and 10

C16 timber frame, partly faced in flint and brick. On right 1st floor exposed
close-set studding with plastered panels. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends;
2 storeys. First floor 3 C17 wood mullion/transom 2-light casements with leaded
panes. Ground floor 2 large late C19 3-light wood mullion/transom windows.
Two glazed doors in moulded doorcases. Brick chimney stacks at centre and south
end. Grade II* for group value.
