Dated 1856. Buff brick. Low pitched black-glazed pantile roof with gabled ends.
Moulded overhanging eaves; 2 storeys. Four windows. Sashes with glazing bars,
stone lintels. Left hand pilastered doorway with entablature, panelled reveals,
rectangular fanlight and panelled door. Carriageway on right with stone 4-centred
arch with keyblock inscribed "WER 1856", double doors with fillet moulds.
