Datestone "BK 1805". Flint with red brick dressings. Pantile roof with gabled
ends. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. West side 4 widely-spaced windows. Two-light
casements with glazing bsrs. Originally 3 cottages, now one; blocked doorways.
Stone carvings set into wall, probably from Priory.
