2/3 Icehouse
Icehouse (On boundary with Aylmerton Parish). C18 restored in C20. Flemish
bond brick. Brick dome over. Circular plan with entrance steps. Restored
brick archway with raised reveals; wooden lintel with brick tympanum. Wall
to left rebuilt, to right a quatrefoil-shaped inset. Brick steps down tunnel
vaulted passage, now with iron gate, to brick well c10 metres deep and c8
metres in diameter.
