Parish church. Medieval and later. Quaternary flint, ironbound conglomerate and brick with Lincolnshire Limestone dressings. Slate, tile and lead roofs. C11 tower, nave, north and south aisles, north and south porches, chancel.

Embattled round tower with conglomerate laid in herringbone pattern to lower part with basket windows to south and north. West window a single cusped light with hood mould. Slit lights to ringing chamber with conglomerate reveals. Above this more conglomerate used; paired triangular-headed lights to bell-openings. Post-medieval brick to battlements. Quadrant buttresses between tower and nave.

Conglomerate quoins to lower parts of north west and south west corners of nave. Restored western aisle windows of two ogee-headed lights with a quatrefoil in the head; four-centred arch; hood mould. Four-bay nave. Buttressed north and south aisles each with three restored three-light square-headed windows the outer lights with cusped ogee heads. Buttressed north porch to first nave bay with paired shafts having polygonal capitals and bases; two rolls and fillets to the arch; between the shafts a continuous roll and fillet moulding; C19 two-light window to west face of porch, restored window of two ogee lights with a quatrefoil in the head to the east. North and south clerestoreys have four windows of two cusped lights with sexfoil in the head; alternate brick and flint voussoirs. C19 east window to south aisle with cusped ogee lights. North aisle east window Perpendicular of three lights; hood mould.

Buttressed chancel of two bays. To south two restored windows of two cusped ogee-headed lights. To north one restored window with cusped Y-tracery. Pair of blind pointed arches without ashlar dressing or centre support; rectangular niche in walling below. East window of three lights with reticulated tracery, restored. South porch to first nave bay is buttressed, the buttresses having knapped flint panels set back in stone surrounds with ogee heads and finials. Restored two-light east and west windows with cusped ogee heads under square hood moulds. Restored and re-set archway with shafts having polygonal capitals and bases; arch with two rolls and hollows to two continuous inner and outer orders. C19 nave doorway. Nave arcades with octagonal shafts; two chamfered orders to arch. Piscina in south aisle. C19 roofs. Rere-arches to clerestorey windows have shafts with a fillet, polygonal bases and capitals, the bases resting on projecting beasts heads. Crude tower arch. Chancel arch with polygonal shafts; continuous inner and outer chamfered orders; hood mould. Blocked south door in chancel with some conglomerate dressings and four-centred arch. Blocked doorway with continuous chamfer to north. Traces of piscina in chancel. C14 octagonal font with attached shafts; paired panels with cusped ogee heads to bowl.
