Outbuilding, later a pigsty with loft above. C17 with C19 alterations. Flint with brick dressings. Belgian tile roof. Rectangular on plan. Facade to farmyard of two storeys. C19 doorway to left; to right of it a small C17 opening now with louvring. Brick buttress. To right a long timber lintel with soldier arch over of possibly C17 brick; opening now partly blocked and with a C19 doorway. To first floor two C17 openings now with louvring. Blocked light to south gable. Roof of shallow pitch.

Interior. Ogee and nicked stops to beams in left hand sty.
