- II
House. Early C19. Galleted flint with rendered brick dressings. Glazed black
pantile roof. Facade of 4 bays, 2 storeys. Sashes with single vertical
glazing bar, reveals rendered to imitate ashlar. Left hand bay has sash and
door with panelled reveals; lower part of door with raised and fielded panels,
top glazed with glazing bars. Canted single storey bay windows added to second
bay in late C19 and similar to fourth bay c1970. Double-leaved door to third
bay, each door with 3 raised and fielded panels; overlight with intersecting
Gothick glazing bars. Door surround with pilasters with reeded necking; plain
cornice. First floor sashes under segmental arches. Timber dentils to eaves
cornice. Gable end stacks and axial stack.
