Pair of estate cottages. 1801, in the shape of an octagon, by Samuel Wyatt.
Gault brick, slate roof. Two storeys. Central octagonal chimney stack. Sash
windows with glazing bars: rubbed arches over ground floor openings. On each
facade, a tripartite casement with glazing bars in a segmental-headed recess.
Half-glazed entrance door, left-hand side, probably a later insertion. Intended
to be an interesting architectural feature when viewed from within the Park.
