Estate cottages. Pair, dated 1819. Gault brick, red brick at rear. Hipped
pantile roof. Two storeys. Facade of four bays with entrance door on left hand
side. Wooden casement windows, C2O. Openings with skewback brick arches and
rectangular brick hood-moulds. Plain brick band at first floor level. Central
brick chimey stack with moulded cap and recessed panel with pointed arched head.
Catslide to rear with two dormers. Flanking wing walls of brick and flint bands
with semi-circular headed openings.
