G.V. II
Estate cottages. Pair, dated 1820. Flint with gault brick dressings, hipped
roof of double-roll red clay tiles. Two storeys. Plain brick, string course.
Brick dental eaves. Two and three light casement windows with glazing bars.
Cambered arches over openings, rubbed on ground floor. Central chimney stack
with moulded brick cap. Catslide extension on W side with two C20 gabled dormers.
Red brick and pantile outbuilding to W with two doors and casement windows: two
chimney stacks, centrally placed.
