5/79 Park House
II
House, dated 1849. Red brick with gault brick dressings. Plain-tiled roofs
with crested ridges. Double pile 'M' roof. Two storeys. Crow-stepped gables
with moulded finials and paired terr-cotta chimney shafts with castellated
caps. Two and three light mullioned windows with drip moulds and patterned
glazing bars. Moulded and dentilled brick eaves. Central two storey entrance
bay on N facade with crow-stepped gable and finial. Part-glazed entrance door
and fanlight under four-centred rubbed brick arch. Large external chimney stack
with twin shafts on left-hand side of entrance bay. One storey gabled block to
W. Canted bay window with pierced brick parapet on E gable.
