Cottage. c1849. Walls flint, gault brick dressings. Roof C2O red pantiles.
Pour square plan, 2 storeys, 2 bays. Two light cast iron casements, ground floor
under rubbed brick cambered arches with brick surrounds, first floor under
wooden lintels, brick surrounds. Brick plat-band string course at first floor,
brick end quoins. Dentil eaves, hipped roof, central stack.
