Cottage, c1840. Flint, gault brick walls. Roof red pantiles. Two storeys,
2 bays. Casement windows, C20, under brick arches, quoined surrounds. C20 door
and doorcase, neo-Georgian. Plat-band string course at first floor. Quins,
dentil cornice. Hipped roof, central stack.

Lodge to Warham House. Details identify as former Leicester Estate cottage.
