19/174 Bridge Yard Cottages


Cottages, formerly in multiple occupation. C18. Flint, brick dressings. Roof
red pantiles. Two storeys, 6 irregular bays. E end C20 windows and door. Two bays
W end, first floor added in brick to earlier house. Ground floor: 3-light
cast iron casement window, glazing bars, segmental brick arch. First floor:
two 2-light casement windows, glazing bars. Simple brick dentil cornice, and
gable stacks. Coped brick parapets. At W single storey flint, pantiled lean-to.
