Cottage, now in two occupations. C17 core with C19 details. Flint ground floor and brick first floor walls. Red pantiled roof. Ground floor with four two-light casement windows. C20 door. First floor four two-light casements with lintels interrupting the brick dentil eaves cornice. Some C17 brick dressings at ground floor. Off-centre stack suggests original lobby entrance plan. Included for group value.
