House. Late C16 or early C17 core with later details. Ground floor flint with brick
dressings, first floor brick. Smut pantile roof. Ground floor windows at north
2-light arched headed wooden framed casement; central 2-light casement, at south
2-light cast iron casement all with glazing bars. First floor 3 cast iron casements
with glazing bars. C20 door of 2 raised and fielded panels with canopy. Brick
modillion eaves cornice, quoins to north gable, some diapering, end parapets.
Off-centre, off ridge brick stack of 2 octagonal shafts with moulded bases. Ground
floor room at south with chamfered beam and bressumer with ogee stops, joists with
rolled chamfers. Fireplace with wooden bolection moulded mantle. First floor at
north a raised cruck truss.
