north-west of
Gunthorpe Hall

Stables. Mid C18 with early C19 wing at right angles. Brick to east and flint with
some rubble work to west of division marked by central cupola. Black glazed pantiled
roof. Two storeys. Brick range with 3 fixed casement window with glazing bars and
oculus at first floor on centre line. Flint range with 2 casement windows, door and
cart shed arches are partly replaced by C20 doors. Brick dentil cornice. Wooden
central cupola with clock in base and open four sided aedicule above brick stable
wing. One storey brick wing, black pantiled roof hipped at south. At right angles
early C19 2 window and 2 stable doors under rubbed brick arches, 2 double cart doors.
Outshut extension to north.
