Woodhouse Farmhouse

Farmhouse. Dated 1741. Red brick with grey brick dressings and red pantiled roof.
Two storeys and 4 bays. Two ground floor casement windows with segmental heads under
red and grey brick arches. One similar window blocked and another pierced with C19
part glazed door under gabled porch. Plat-band aprons above each of the 4 openings.
First floor two 2-light casements under brick arches. Alternate flush vertical
banding of red and grey brick and flush red brick quoins. Dentil eaves cornice.
Steeply pitched roof with kneelers, end parapets and stacks. Date in east gable. One
and half storey lean-to at east, outshut to rear.
