Cottage. c1820. Brick walls with red pantiled roof and flint returns. Three bays,
2 storeys. Ground floor 2 sash windows with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick
arches. First floor 3 sashes with glazing bars, central window aperture blank.
Doorcase architrave with reeded half-columns and entablature, 6 panelled door. Dentil
eaves cornice, 2 end stacks. Included for group value.
