Barn. C17; 50 yds east of Grove Farmhouse. Early C18. Flint with brick dressings
and red pantiled roof. Three stead plan with central cart door to eaves height. West
bay with single brick dressed ventilation slit, north bay divided into part brick
walling with 2 pilaster strips with one ventilation slit and easterly bay with
ventilation slit and flint walling. Brick end quoins, west gable with one blocked
rectangular window opening and 2 gable ventilation slits. Included for group value.
