The Grange
II
House. c1840. Red brick with slated roofs. Three bays and 2 storey front pile with
contemporary wing at rear forming T plan. Ground floor 2 and first floor 3 sash
windows with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. Canopy porch on thin iron
columns with Doric entablature. Part glazed door with rectangular fanlight.
Modillion wooden eaves cornice. Parapetted gables and 2 end stacks.
