House. Late C17 but completely remodelled and heightened 1745. Rendered
and colourwashed brick. Roof of black glazed pantiles. Brickwork of returns
in English Bond. South facade of 3 storeys in 5 bays. Central panelled door
in fluted case below open dentiled pediment. 6-vaned fanlight. Sash windows
with glazing bars in flush frames. Console eaves cornice. Gabled roof with
internal gable end stacks, that to east partly external. Gable heads show
remains of C17 roof line. Tie plates dated 1745 in Roman numerals. 2 storey
early C19 cross wing to rear. Staircase with turned balusters. Interior
otherwise altered.
