TG03NE 2/69 20/2/52 The Old Rectory


C18 with earlier core. Red brick and stucco E. facade with black-glazed pantiles.
Rear elevations partly rendered flint and brick. Red pantiles. Parapetted gables
with chimneys. Two storeys and attic. Facade 5 bays, ashses. Advanced central bay
with stuccoed door surround, elliptical pediment and fanlight. Moulded brick string
course. Central gabled dormer with sash. Eaves cornice. Doorcase with panelled
reveals on South facade. I
Gabled wing at rear, 2 storeys and attics, 2 flat roofed dormers with sashes. Brick
dentil eaves.
