TF 82 NE DUNTON TOFTREES

6/7 Canisterhall Farmhouse

Farmhouse. c.1800. Red brick, black glazed pantiled roof. 3 bay facade
of 2 storeys, one ground - and one first floor tripartite sash window under
rubbed brick flat arches one either side of central 2 storey entrance bay
broken forward from the facade. Door set in tripartite frame with margin-
lights under segmental fan-light under rubbed brick arch. Eaves cornice
with hipped roof rising to single central stack. 3 bay returns, at
rear 2 symmetrical wings with hipped gables.
