Waver tree House.

Former Rectory house. Plastered facade, red pantiled roof. 2 storey with
attics, with north extension. Garden front with 3 window ground and 4 window
first-floor. Ground floor to north 2 casement cross windows, to south 2 sashes
with glazing bars divided by central mullion. First-floor 2 central 2-light
casements and 2 end 3-light casements. Off-centre 6 panel door, under open
pediment canopy. Late C19 dormer with plate-glass sash. 2 end and one off-
centre stacks. South gable of brick. To north mid C18 2 bay 2 storey extension
of brick with 2 ground-floor sashes with glazing bars, 2 first-floor sashes
late C19 part plate-glass, part with glazing bars. End stack. Further single
storey late C19 extension to north with gabled bow-window.
