Farm House. C17 core with mid-C19 details. Cemented rendered flint walls
with brick dressings. Black glazed pantiled roof. 5 window, 2 storeys.
Ground floor at north 2 C19 plate glass sashes with single glazing bars.
Central sash with margin lights. Off-centre door with late C19 porch with
barge-board gables. First floor 5 C19 plate glass sashes with single glazing
bars. Over door small 3-light casement window. Parapeted gables with stacks,
one central stack, all C19. Interior: ground floor at south chamfered spine-
beam with chamfered joists. First floor at north room with two chamfered
cross-beams with stops.
