House. c.1600. Flint with brick dressings red pantiled roof. 2 storeys,
3 bays. Ground floor 2 C19 plate glass windows 3-light windows, first
floor 2 3-light and one 2-light casement set within earlier wider bricked
dressed openings. Part glazed late C19 door with lead canopy on wooden
brackets set in wider chamfered brick opening. Brick plinth at ground
floor sill level, rebuilt end quoins, dog-tooth cornice. North gable with
kneelers and parapet. Blocked fire windows, one octagonal stack and one
rectangular stack with diamomd profile to east and west faces, all on common
moulded brick bases. South gable rebuilt one off-ridge set of 3 clustered
moulded brick octagonal stacks on common bases. Rear rebuilt flat roofed
2 storey wing, ground floor contemporary with front. Ground floor at north
and first floor north and south rooms with chamfered spine and cross beams
with quirk and tongue stops.
