TG 03 SW MELTON CONSTABLE MELTON CONSTABLE PARK

3/65 Dairy Farmhouse Cottage.

G.V. II

Cottage, dated 1710. Red brick, red pantiles. Single storey with attics,
2 storey Cl9 rear additions. 2 ground floor sashes under flat brick arches.
One open and one blocked central door. Brick plinth, moulded brick eaves,
kneelers and coped parapets. South gable with 2 blocked ground floor windows,
one C20 casement in gable. Datestone I A (Jacob Astley) 1710 above. Massive
stack with platband divisions at north. Forms a group with the Dairy and
Dairy Farm.
