House, dated 1704 on gable, brick under pantiles. 3 bays, single range.
2 storeys and attic. Principal facade to north symmetrical: plinth mainly
of flint; coved platband; brick pilasters at angles; central 2-leaved
panelled door partly glazed; moulded wood surround and flat canopy to
doorway; flush sash windows with glazing bars and boxes exposed, 2 windows
to ground floor, 3 to first floor; 4 blocked openings to each floor with
segmental arches of gauged bricks; 2 raking roof dormers having sashes
with glazing bars. Gable end internal stacks. Shaped gables with brick
platband and eaves level platband; 2 blocked windows to first and attic
floor; date 1704 and initials IF in iron. Rear: no platband, rendered
plinth; altered fenestration of C19 casements. Extension to east of 1
storey and attic in coursed flint and brick mosaic with brick dressings,
pantiles; C19 gabled wooden porch to south; ground floor to gable in
flint and brick mosaic with 3-light casement; brick attic floor having
3-light casement with glazing bars; Game larder outshut to north.
