House C17/18 - altered with C19 addition. Coursed Quaternary flint and chert and brick mosaic with brick dressings under corrugated tiles. T plan. Two storeys and attic.

North elevation: flint plinth, changed fenestration of C19 cross casements, blocked openings. Right hand gable end internal stack. Left hand gable has decorative brick work hearts, C19 cross casements, one to ground two to first floor, attic casement with glazing bars.

East front of south wing: black glazed pan tiles, projecting gable parapet, one raking dormer with casement with glazing bars, one window to ground and first floor.

West front of south wing: large external stepped stack with tumbled brick work at steps. South gable of brick. Attached range to east of single storey with attic; uncoursed flint and brick mosaic with slanting headers; iron tie cramp irons with fleur de lys ends.
