8/5 The Rookery
II

House. Early C19. White and red brick, black pantile roof. 2 storeys;
3 bay garden facade with slightly projecting centre bay of white brick and
doorcase having console brackets supporting plain cornice; double doors, lower
half blank, 3 glazed panels above to each door. Flanking bays of red brick
with colour wash. Sash windows with glazing bars, under flat rubbed and
gauged brick arches; sills of ground floor windows almost at ground level.
White brick corner pilasters supporting cornice; parapet. Right hand gable
end stack. C19 3 bay extension to right with similar fenestration; red brick
with colour wash. Service range to rear.
