7/45 Lacey Farm

House. C16 and later. Brick and flint, thatch. Brick front of 2 storeys
with scattered fenestration. C20 casements to ground floor in original
openings under flat brick arches. C20 door to left of centre. C19 casements
to upper floor. Internal gable stacks. Left hand gable wall return not
bonded-in to rest of wall suggesting house originally timber framed. Left
hand gable wall of flint with brick quoins; 2 blocked 2-light brick mullion
windows to first floor under hood-moulds. Remains of rendered reveals in
imitation of ashlar. 2 blocked single light windows to attic also under hood-
-moulds. C20 lean-to to back. C19 1 1/2 storey range at right angles to back
of house with casements under segmental arches, eyebrow dormers.
