3/89 The Beeches
G.V. II

Farmhouse. Late C18. Rendered brick and flint with slate roof. 2 storeys
in 3 bays. Central panelled door and overlight within timber case. Ground
floor fenestration in form of shuttered French windows. 3 early C19 3-light
casements to first floor. Timber tie plate at eaves line below raised wall.
Gabled roof, the gables on kneelers at the level of the tie plate. Internal
gable end stacks.
