Barn, converted 1981 to house. Circa 1700. Brick with pantile roof. 2
storeys in 7 bays. North side divided into bays by pilaster strips. Central
C20 door. Working outwards the bays next have on ground floor upright oval
windows under hood moulds. Next bays with arched 2-light C20 windows. Next
bays again with an upright oval window as before to right, that to left blank.
Corners with clasping pilasters. First floor pierced by 7 horizontal oval
windows. Moulded eaves cornice. Gabled roof. Ridge stack right-of centre
and west internal end stack, both C20. Gable heads with moulded platband
at eaves, the gables on kneelers. South side also of 7 bays divided by
pilaster strips. C20 window inserted. Attic lights in roof.
